Terms of service

Aune provides software and coordination that helps a customer or authorized assistant find service options, confirm a booking, or create a provider-follow-up request. The selected service provider performs the physical service and is responsible for its professional delivery.

A provider-follow-up request is not a confirmed booking. A direct booking is confirmed only when Aune returns a booking ID with status confirmed, the selected provider, appointment slot, price, and applicable terms version.

An assistant may act for a user only within the authority the user gives it. Before confirmation, the user must be shown the returned provider, price, slot, scope, exclusions, price-adjustment triggers, and terms and must choose that exact option.

The assistant must not alter an opaque booking-option ID, silently substitute another option, reuse an expired option, or claim success after Aune reports an error. Confirmation requires explicit consent, acceptance of the exact terms version, and an idempotency key.

The confirmed response records the booked price and scope for the selected option. The option's included work, exclusions, customer requirements, adjustment triggers, and quote triggers form part of the booking context.

If the real job differs from the described scope, requires excluded work, or triggers a stated adjustment or quote condition, the provider and customer must agree on any change before additional work or charges. Taxes and household deductions apply only as stated in the selected offer and under applicable rules.

Booking search reflects availability at the time of search but does not reserve a slot. Confirmation revalidates the option and may reject it if it expired, changed, or was taken. Aune prevents overlapping confirmed bookings for the same provider slot where the booking system controls that availability.

Email or calendar delivery status is separate from booking status. A confirmed booking remains recorded even if a confirmation message is delayed; a sent message alone never proves that a booking exists.

Automated public cancellation and rescheduling are not currently offered by every Aune integration. Use the provider contact details in the confirmation or contact hello@aune.ai as soon as possible. Provider-specific cancellation, travel, waiting-time, or late-change conditions may apply only when they were disclosed in the selected terms or later agreed with the customer.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Do not use Aune to create false requests, impersonate another person, test real providers without genuine intent, bypass rate limits or authentication, submit unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with the service.

Aune is not an emergency dispatch service. For immediate danger, fire, gas, electrical hazard, flooding, crime, or medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified emergency provider.
