Privacy notice

Last updated 10 July 2026

Aune turns service intent into provider options, confirmed bookings, or provider-follow-up requests. This notice explains the personal data involved and the controls available to you.

What this notice covers

This notice covers Aune's public website, booking and request APIs, MCP and A2A integrations, hosted chat, provider onboarding, and provider console.

Aune can receive data directly from you or from an assistant or partner acting on your instructions. The assistant should ask before sending customer contact details to Aune.

Data we process

Booking and request data can include name, email, phone number, service address, requested timing, job description, structured job details, selected provider, selected slot, price, consent evidence, accepted terms version, and external reference or idempotency identifiers.

Provider data can include company identity, contact details, service categories, service area, pricing, availability, onboarding state, account and calendar connection metadata, and responses to customer jobs.

Operational data can include request IDs, timestamps, audit events, delivery status, technical logs, IP address, user agent, rate-limit data, and security events. Booking-option search accepts Swedish postcodes and optional city names, but not street addresses, customer names, phone numbers, or email addresses. Full service addresses and contact details are accepted only during authenticated confirmation after consent.

Why we use the data

We use data to search service supply, validate eligibility, present booking options, confirm and track bookings, create provider-follow-up requests, communicate confirmations, operate provider tools, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity, protect the service, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the activity, processing may be needed to take steps requested before a contract, perform a booking or service agreement, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing Aune, or act on consent where consent is the applicable basis.

Who receives data

For a confirmed booking, Aune shares the information needed to perform the job with the selected provider. For a provider-follow-up request, Aune may share the request with the provider or providers shown by that flow.

Aune also uses service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, monitoring, security, and connected calendars. They process data under their applicable agreements. Data may be disclosed to authorities when required by law or needed to protect legal rights.

Retention and security

Aune keeps booking, request, provider, audit, and delivery records only while they are needed to operate and document the service, handle support or disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy accounting or legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims. Different records can therefore have different retention periods.

Aune applies access controls, authentication, redaction, audit records, integrity checks, and transport security appropriate to the service. No online system can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information and access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some rights have legal exceptions, including when records must be kept or are needed for legal claims.

Contact hello@aune.ai to make a privacy request. Aune may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
